My Background and Approach
For more than 20 years, I have specialized in working with Women in therapy. I welcome Women who are being called to do the deep work of Self required to live an integrated, authentic, peaceful and meaningful life. My approach to therapy is informed by my own personal pursuits and professional training in: ~ Psychodynamics ~ Meditation ~ EFT Tapping ~ Hypnosis ~ Progressive Counting and ~ Somatic processing I believe that the connection between the client and the therapist is the foundation of all good therapy, and the most important factor in facilitating growth. Equally important, of course, is your therapist's training, expertise and skill. From the beginning of our work together, I will offer you effective tools you can begin using on your own to dramatically reduce your stress levels and regulate your own emotions. From there, we will collaborate to create a therapy experience unique to you and your needs.
