About My Clients
It could be that you are feeling lost, helpless and maybe even hopeless. Sometimes its things that have happened in the past or something more recent. We may not be sure how to improve our relationships or feel connected. Whatever the situation or issue, therapy should be a way for you to express and be open about the challenges you are facing and have someone listen without judgement.
My Background and Approach
My approach is person centered and strengths based. This means we work together to identify and build on strengths. I also utilize a narrative approach which sees you as separate to your "problem" and encourages an open style narrative to co-create new stories. It is these new stories, which will help you better navigate difficulties and challenging emotions/feelings.
