I firmly believe we have within us the capacity to heal, to grow, and find meaning in our lives. I fully recognize that you are the expert of your life, which means I recognize your strengths, honor your background and provide both brief and long term therapy approaches depending on your goals for therapy. I engage with an affirming, anti-oppression lens as a witness and guide as you find your way through. I utilize relational, cognitive behavioral, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness and somatic based interventions as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy, IFS and EFT.
