I help people who are struggling to develop a strong sense of self worth. I often work with people exploring identity and self esteem Who are experiencing symptoms like high anxiety, depression, difficulty coping with stress, and intrusive negative thoughts. Some therapists focus only on the symptoms which can feel incomplete. I listen deeply to hear what’s going on underneath. I help you process the old stories and beliefs held deep within that are cutting you off from your true self.
My Background and Approach
Through my holistic therapy approach, we will explore physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of your life to ensure a well rounded, thoughtful plan towards your goals. We will use expressive therapies like art, sandtray, and writing, and somatic therapy approaches as you explore these many aspects of your life. Through mindfulness we will shine a light onto areas that have been in the shadows. Bringing them into the light frees up space and energy creating possibilities for more clarity, truth, and wholeness. Working with me you will start to hear and trust your gut instincts and let your emotions guide you towards inner peace. As you practice listening to your own wisdom, you will start to discover your true purpose and build the courage to take actions that lead you to more contentment and joy.

I used to think that change wasn’t possible. It was through my own therapy that I realized I could access a better version of myself that felt more like my true identity. This motivated me to pursue a career in counseling to support you as you navigate this same journey.
