My Background and Approach
I am a resident in counseling, which means I am working towards independent licensure and have completed the educational requirements. I received my Master of Education from William and Mary in Clinical Mental Health and Addictions Counseling. I aim to provide care to a range of individuals as addiction does not just touch the life of the individual experiencing addiction. I have worked with various clientele populations, from children to older adults, with concerns regarding life transitions, managing symptom impact, and day-to-day stressors. I bring effective treatment strategies to the table and collaborate with my clients to find what works best for them. Are you ready to take the next steps and want a company? My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone has the capacity for growth. We do not experience life in a vacuum. We develop various thoughts and behaviors as we interact and connect with the environment and people around us. We can empower ourselves to facilitate change in ourselves, the environment, and others.
