About My Clients

No need to feel afraid or self-conscious about talking to a Therapist. .."Be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it."- Anonymous. Indecision can be terrifying, and I don't want you to have to suffer them anymore. Holistic practices can help reduce Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD. Holistics Treatment also helps with learning new and positive behavior skills. I look forward to teaching you tools to help you find your life's purpose.

My Background and Approach

I'm a ten-year Navy veteran and sixteen years in law enforcement (Corrections and Police). I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness in my therapeutic approach. Additionally, I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern under clinical supervision, awaiting to test for state licensure to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of FL. I utilize a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to help Military/Veterans and First Responders find effective ways to address issues related to Post-Traumatic Stress. My goal is to help individuals find a healthy life balance using Mindfulness. I also enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families. Simply put, I help individuals find ways to cope with their negative experiences. My goal for you is to have at least five different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. So no matter where you go, you'll always have access to discreet relief exercises.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

"Be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it."- Anonymous. My motto is " Help me to help you." I believe that therapy is just a mutual undertaking to find a common understanding, and I am here to support you in working towards that understanding. I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is that they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. I think any individual can unlearn those faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. And doing so can allow you to understand and find your life's purpose.
