I cherish walking with clients on their life journey as they discover and become the best versions of themselves. My specialties include: First and Second Generation Asian American Mental Health, Relationships, Racial Trauma, Perinatal Health, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Love, and Intergenerational Trauma/Conflict.

My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe providing a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and social justice-oriented environment is critically important to doing this brave work. I support my clients in deepening their insight and awareness, healing from the past, and creating the life they want to live. I believe pain needs to be recognized and acknowledged in order to be released. Through healing ourselves, we can disrupt harmful patterns from continuing or being passed on.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have struggled with self-doubt, people-pleasing, and perfectionism in my life and continue to work on keeping those parts of me at bay. Through active reflection, making peace with my inner child, and healing wounds from the past, I’m finding a greater sense of my identity, place, and purpose in the world. I believe being a human brings us up close with hardship, loss, challenge, conflict, and sometimes “stuckness.” Because we live in an imperfect world with other imperfect humans, life’s journey is unpredictable and at times painful. That said, it doesn’t have to be journeyed alone. I came into this field because I wish I had access to mental health support to work through intergenerational conflict I faced in my own family. I believe representation matters and the various identities we have impact the spaces we occupy, even the therapy room. I'm passionate about social and racial justice and am a proud ally to the LGBTQ community. I'd be honored to walk with you on your journey.
