About My Clients
Are you experiencing pain in your soul that seems to always be there that nothing seems to heal? Do you have a hole in your heart that nothing seems to fill? I provide an environment where you can identify, explore, and understand your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions, and discover your own solutions. Through a therapeutic relationship of trust and safety full of compassionate, empathetic, non-directive, non-judgmental engagement and understanding, we will pursue insight, acceptance, healing, and personal growth. My desire is to facilitate your awareness of your innate identity and capabilities. You are unique and precious. At your core, you are the expert in your own life. When you believe that, you will be on a path of lasting healing, growth, peace, and joy. Evening and weekend appointments. All persons lovingly welcomed.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I view each individual as unqiue and precious and that each of us is on our own journey that includes self-discovery and personal growth. I believe each of us is the expert of our own life (I like to say "genius" or our own life), and each one is not only capable of, but, more importantly, responsible for our own self-care. I believe we are all connected as unique expressions of Life. By helping myself, I help others. By helping others, I help myself. My desire is to channel love into the world through facilitating recovery and healing for my clients.
