I specialize in helping women who are struggling to know their worth, with self-critical thoughts & the lasting effects of a challenging childhood or difficult relationships. Along with talk therapy, I utilize EMDR and parts (inner child) work. This approach can help you process trauma, help you manage your emotions & improve your overall well-being.
My Background and Approach

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has inherent worth and value and that everyone has goodness in them. These things may be obscured by our cultural conditioning, the impacts of our upbringing, or subsequent negative life experiences. I believe that everyone benefits when the human rights and needs of the most vulnerable in society are cared for and our differences are celebrated.
