I offer experiential, somatic, mindfulness-based and trauma informed psychotherapy. On the basic level, my approach is to bring healing awareness into how unhelpful patterns are held in your body, emotions, and beliefs about yourself and the world. I may engage you in experiential activities which will bring you into place of greater self-understanding, and help you find new ways of being.
