About My Clients
Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Is it difficult for you to get out of bed each morning? Have you lost sight of your meaning and purpose? I look forward to teaching you tools that address your thoughts and beliefs. Together, we will uncover and rediscover the TRUE YOU! Midlife Transitions are difficult, and they dust up a tremendous amount of grief and loss. You can create a full and meaningful life that feels totally enriching.
My Background and Approach
My goal for you is to learn different tools and techniques that can help you manage your thoughts and beliefs. The way I explain it is you come into therapy and discuss your life story. It is similar to a puzzle, whereby the puzzle pieces are a bit scattered. Over time, these scattered puzzle pieces will be able to fit much more in order to make a healthy puzzle! I use a great deal of humor to build a strong connection with YOU! I created a niche whereby I help women in midlife and beyond learn to take risks. I went back to school to become a Licensed Professional Counselor in midlife, and it was the best reinvention! I am committed to helping you grow and live the life you were always meant to live, and have a clear sense of control over your life. NOW is the time to change. I feel excited and privileged to be on that journey with you, especially in these hectic times.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people can change and grow at any time in their lives. I know that when someone is sick and tired of being sick and tired, that is when you most likely will reach out and get help. When I was in my early 30's, I went to see a counselor. This was the best decision of my life. I slowly began to understand why people treat me the way they do, and why I even allow it. In midlife, I returned to graduate school, and then became a Licensed Professional Counselor. I then created a niche to help women go through Midlife Transitions. I have always been open minded, truly loving people of all backgrounds, and being curious about them. I would love to help you on this journey called change. Please reach out even if it is to learn more about how I work with clients.
