I am a strengths-based counselor, direct and action oriented. I work alongside you to build skills, identify wants and needs, and develop practical strategies to better manage emotions, set boundaries, and care for yourself. There are times we will focus on skill building and times we will focus more on what you’re feeling.
I believe change happens through our relationship and the space we create together. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who have difficulty with anxiety, past traumatic experiences, relationship or family concerns, spiritual abuse, self-esteem, sexual abuse or assault, life transitions, and are seeking personal growth.
