I take a goal-oriented approach to therapy - We'll identify exactly what's keeping you stuck, and take actionable steps to shift old patterns. Together, we’ll get to the root of your anxiety and develop new coping skills so that you can show up more confidently in your life - whether that’s with friends, at work, or in your relationships. I’ll challenge you with exercises and “homework” both in and out of session to make sure you’re implementing these changes outside of therapy.
I take an active and personal role as your therapist - I’m not here to just listen. Together, we’ll take stock of what’s working and what’s not. I utilize a blend of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, so that you can finally stop overthinking, be done with anxiety, and get closer to your goals.
