About My Clients
Our modern life is so crowded with demands. Anxiety is at an all time high and many of us feel overextended, under supported, and disconnected. At times, it can be difficult to find meaning and purpose in our lives and relationships. Therapy can provide a space to recognize and begin to challenge and modify interpersonal patterns, habits, and beliefs that are inhibiting personal growth. Together, we'll explore challenges while building skills to make lasting positive change.
My Background and Approach
I strive to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively to find the best way forward. I apply a biopsychosocial lens and my approach is process based and integrative. I pull from multiple evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavior therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I find mindfulness practices almost always helpful to my clients and often incorporate these practices into treatment.
