About My Clients
Seeking support as a woman of color can feel both overwhelming and hopeful. You may have been taught to be strong, to carry everything on your own—but true strength also means allowing yourself to heal. Acknowledging your pain is a courageous first step, and giving yourself permission to grow is an act of self-love. The narratives we carry—about who we are, what we deserve, and how we should show up in the world—shape our confidence and sense of worth.
My Background and Approach
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your experiences and tell your story in your own voice. Everyone's experiences and stories are different so, I take an integrative approach to meet your needs. While I may not be the right fit for everyone, I am committed to helping those who resonate with my approach find growth, healing, and empowerment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Healing starts with acknowledging your pain and giving yourself permission to heal. I understand the profound influence of the stories we hold. Some of the most powerful stories are the ones we tell ourselves about who we are and the world around us. While some stories can inspire us to live our best lives, others can grip us with such fear that we feel unable to leave the comfort of familiarity.
