About My Clients
I provide evidence-based behavioral health support to children, adolescents, and adults seeking treatment for a wide range of clinical issues including anxiety, depression, impulse control, phobias, chronic health concerns, functional limitations, end of life issues, trauma, adjustment and relationship conflicts and behavioral challenges.
My Background and Approach
I hold a doctoral degree in clinical behavioral health from Arizona State University. I also hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in psychology. I have received specialized training in individual, couples, and family systems therapy. I have also received additional training in health psychology, crisis intervention and trauma-based counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
From an early age, I found myself drawn to the intricate tapestry of the human mind and the boundless complexities of our emotional landscape. Witnessing the transformative power of therapy firsthand, I realized the profound impact it could have on the lives of others- offering solace, understanding, and a path towards healing. Guiding individuals through their darkest moments, unearthing buried truths, and fostering profound personal growth has become my life's purpose. I am humbled and inspired by the privilege of accompanying others on their courageous quests for self-discovery, resilience, and ultimately, an empowered and fulfilling existence. I am committed to supporting your mental and emotional well-being. This is accomplished in a safe and nonjudgmental space where I will work collaboratively with you in support of your personal growth and healing.
