About My Clients

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, transitions, and identity exploration with gentle compassion. My practice is built on the foundation that every person's story and identity deserves to be honored and celebrated. Whether you're a working professional seeking balance, someone struggling with past experiences, or feeling stuck in patterns, I provide a safe space where you can feel truly seen. Together, we'll work towards feeling lighter and more connected in your daily life

My Background and Approach

Drawing from my training at the California Institute of Integral Studies and experience at UCSF Department of Psychiatry, I blend Eastern and Western healing wisdom with evidence-based practices. My approach integrates attachment-based work, trauma-informed therapy, and somatic practices. As part of a mixed-race, interfaith, multilingual family, and proudly LGBTQIA+, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to our work. My unique path through design and tech before becoming a therapist helps me relate to professional life challenges. Having moved from resistance to embracing therapy in my own journey, I understand the transformative power of this work firsthand. I bring not just training but deep compassion born from personal experience to support your healing journey.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
