My Background and Approach
My approach to treatment is a client-centered approach based on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, Gottman couple therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. My focus is to encourage the development of couples’ and individuals' strengths and provide mental support while working as a team to accomplish goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I am passionate about encouraging clients to foster self-awareness by focusing on internal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also encourage clients to learn skills using DBT techniques to help them become self-sufficient. I am fluent in English and Thai.
