I work with individuals, couples, and families on issues including, loneliness, loss and grief, anxiety/depression, relationships and intimacy, with a special focus on self esteem. I specialize in issues relating to life's transitions such as, divorce, separation, career change, parenthood, and aging.
My Background and Approach
I offer my diverse life experience as a former military personnel and top security screener, a wife and a mother, a world traveler and a philosopher. I became a therapist because I experienced first-hand how the pressures of life can take a tool on emotional wellbeing.
From my own growth through therapy I developed a strong passion for helping people live meaningful lives. My approach is tailored to the needs and the goals of each client. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques steaming from psychodynamic, Gestalt, DBT, and humanistic therapy.
