Holistic therapy integrates mind, body, and spirit allows us to work at multiple levels to support you as a whole system and not just as a floating mind full of thoughts.
Narrative therapy works by exploring the stories that filter the way we see the world and others, we are able to digest these experiences and release the emotional impact on our lives to create space to find more ease and connection.
Somatic and mindfulness-based therapy integrates our body’s responses, sensations, and experiences in conjunction with the thoughts and beliefs that we hold in our mind. Somatic therapy and mindfulness tune our awareness to what is happening in our bodies and provide tools to manage our emotions to be able to better understand and regulate our emotions. We use knowledge about our nervous system, how emotions show up in our body, and practice tuning into what is happening in our body.
