My expertise is grounded in evidence-based treatment approaches, such as CBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and Holistic, as well as other modalities. I will assist you in creating positive changes in your life by increasing awareness of thought patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that may be blocking you from achieving your goals, building healthy relationships, or keeping you stuck. My clients gain deeper insight, a sense of independence, and resilience to move forward.
