My undergraduate degree is in Holistic Psychology and Sociology, with a track in Art therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge MA. I have my masters in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University. I work collaboratively with clients, with an aim to build self-trust, self-knowledge, intrinsic joy, and confidence. My work with clients is non-hierarchical; we work as a team, in the way that best suits them. My primary approach is feminist and person-centered, with tools that include internal family systems therapy, narrative therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I work within an existential, socially informed, and inclusive framework. To make clients comfortable, I always ensure that they are welcomed into an inviting environment conducive to exploration.
