My Background and Approach
I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, substance use, anxiety, depression, negative self-esteem, stress, life transitions, and interpersonal issues. I practice in a client-centered, strength-based, goal-directed way. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), person-centered, and Motivational Interviewing.
