About My Clients
There comes a point for many of us when we realize that we don’t want to face our problems alone. We are human after all, and a part of what defines that humanity is our need for each other. I understand how frightening it can be to let people in and get close. You may tend to give more than you get back. You might feel self-critical. You might not know what it is you're needing. I'm here to join you and to help you find the connection and purpose you may be seeking.
My Background and Approach
My background is focused mainly within community mental health. I have worked with grieving children, survivors of domestic violence, individuals in crisis including those feeling suicidal and struggling with addiction, elders experiencing isolation and depression, folx with marginalized identities who are learning how to respond to oppression and invisibility, and individuals wanting to know themselves better in order to cultivate fulfilling and meaningful relationships. I work from a place of compassionate collaboration and strive to co-create a space that feels safe, warm, and accepting. I believe that you deserve to feel seen, heard, and free to be your most authentic self. My hope is that our time together will open within you a sense of creativity, peace and empowerment that fosters the healing and growth needed for you to follow your life’s purpose.
