About My Clients
I work with clients going through challenging transitions including changes in career, a breakup/divorce, health issues/disease, and psychedelic Integration. Walking through this journey is essential and I am here to guide you along your sacred journey using rituals and heartfelt connection. In addition, I work with anxiety and depression and guide you to uncover the wisdom in your diagnosis. Clients working with me are seeking support, trust, connection, safety, and purpose.
My Background and Approach
Rituals Holistic Mental Health Counseling is a direct reflection of my own healing, my passion for nature, and building connection to all life around us both seen and unseen. Since everything is connected in one way or another it's important to adopt a holistic mindset that brings into focus mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. At Rituals, we aim to keep you well balanced so you have impactful and lasting change. I chose the name Rituals because it expresses the sacredness that goes into each session I have with clients. This isn't a job, it's a lifestyle and movement. Developing and using rituals in sessions helps to build connections with all of life around you so once you leave our care you feel supported and well resourced in your next steps wherever you decide to go. My background includes, exercise science, masters in public health, masters in arts from Naropa University (concentration in wilderness therapy). Person-centered therapy is what I use most often with clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love people and I love nature, mixed together it's an alchemy of love and supportive connection. I believe everyone harbors a universal intelligence along with a personal intelligence of what specifically they are here to be and accomplish. With that said, I believe each person has the answer(s) they are seeking, it just takes some guidance and remembering to help get you back on your path. A storm along with fallen trees can make you feel lost on your journey. I feel we are not here to walk around, avoid, or go a different way, we are here to walk through the challenges to gain wisdom and become stronger. I'm ready to walk beside you as we navigate this challenging terrain called life. Are you ready?
