My Background and Approach
I have been in the helping field in some capacity for nearly 15 years. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized care. I have experience working with trauma, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and many other issues. I provide a neutral and safe ground to individuals seeking change. I would love to work together with you! During our initial sessions, we will explore the issues, approach feelings and thoughts with curiosity, and create a plan to help you move through your symptoms of distress. My focus is to help individuals heal, grow, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan together.
