Having worked with people in big and small, mostly big transitions, my experience has led me to support people in finding the opportunity hidden in the transition and the call for more.
Spirituality and psychology intersect. To understand and work with ourselves, we need to see a bigger picture of who we are. As a therapist, my experience working with complex trauma, some of the work rests on uncovering the resilience and the truth of who we are. The work enhances so that we don’t get lost in understanding our trauma but not finding our way out of it.

Having worked extensively with people who have experienced traumas in their early life stages and complex psyches, I have practiced depth therapy to support the people I work with to experience relief and to blossom.
I received my degree in integral counseling psychology, focusing on a wider perspective of humans than just our psychology. After graduation, I have explored and studied various methods and maps of understand human nature and integration of psychology with spirituality.
The field of therapy as a mainstream tends to view people as broken. In my experience with people who have had complex lives, our work is reclaim humanness, to be whole.
