I bring compassion, curiosity and humor into the room and help folks remember their worth. I am a trauma and systems informed somatic psychotherapist who fuses talk therapy and body-based inquiry to help you navigate life's stressors and still make space for joy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has the right and capacity to feel safe in their body, especially marginalized ones - BIPOC, fat, trans, queer and disabled. I serve to provide a sacred space where each person can explore their wholeness without shame, limitations, or labels. I am passionate about facilitating the conditions for an individual to ignite their own innate healing powers which may lay latent within themselves. I believe every person has a healthy voice, an ancestral voice, moving them towards more agency and harmony, and away from suffering. Always meeting the nervous system where it is, I support clients in exploring what regulation practices work best for them and their unique bodies. All that I do is oriented towards collective liberation and consistently bring in a societal and historical lens when processing trauma and relationship dynamics. I believe everyone is doing the best they can and deserves care catered to them.
