About My Clients
I work with teens, young adults, couples, and caregivers facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I also specialize in supporting individuals in medical, first responder, and teaching professions. My clients are ready to explore their emotions, gain clarity, and heal from life's challenges. Together, we’ll work through the obstacles keeping you from living authentically and building the life you deserve.
My Background and Approach
I’m trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology, and I integrate mindfulness and presence into every session. My approach combines evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic techniques, all tailored to your unique needs. I believe in a collaborative, compassionate approach that empowers you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Therapy is a space where you can be curious and vulnerable, while also gaining practical tools to navigate life's challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, or relationship difficulties, I’m here to help you create lasting change and find healing from within.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every part of you is worthy of love and understanding, even the parts that feel broken or lost. Life’s struggles are not something to be avoided; they are opportunities to learn, grow, and reconnect with our authentic selves. I find inspiration in the balance between light and dark, stillness and chaos, and I view healing as embracing both sides of our humanity. The natural world also plays a healing role in my practice, offering grounding and perspective as we work together. My goal is to support you in living more intentionally, healing from past wounds, and creating a life that feels true to who you are. You don’t have to do this alone, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
