About My Clients

As a therapist of color rooted in anti-racism, immigrant and student rights, I am deeply passionate about empowering People of Color and folks who care about social justice. As we heal and reclaim our power, we become a portal to freedom for families and communities.

My Background and Approach

You are important! In a warm, non-judgmental setting, we'll build on your innate wisdom to address issues including nurturing self-esteem; releasing co-dependent relationship patterns and cultivating healthy boundaries; imposter syndrome; unresolved trauma and loss; healing racism and empowerment for People of Color; freedom from addiction and 12 step recovery. Congratulations for taking this bold step in your journey. Please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss whether I might be a fit for you. It gets better and you're worth it!
