I’ve always been interested in psychology, beginning as early as middle school when I was a Peer Counselor. A period of depression in my late teens and early 20s only furthered my interest in what contributes to people leading fulfilling lives. Since then, I have been devoted to learning about relationships, psychology, philosophy, and self-development. One of the things that I love about this field is that it is constantly evolving and growing, just like we are.
Areas of ongoing learning include: Anti-racist unlearning/re-learning, LGBTQ+ communities, Neurodivergence, Polyvagal Theory, Enneagram, Human Design, and Clinical Supervision.
I choose to work outside of the umbrella of insurance providers; limiting their involvement allows the therapeutic process to have more privacy and autonomy. While I am not on insurance panels, you may be able to get reimbursement for our work together if your insurance covers therapy with an “out of network provider”.
