My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in breaking down the stigma of mental health and going to therapy. We often don't learn what it means to be in a healthy relationship or how to cope with everything life throws our way. I have substantial experience supporting individual with their mental health, as well as working with couples who want pre-marital counseling, rebuilding trust and connection after betrayals, and learning to change patterns of high conflict.
