About My Clients
I believe people are more than the sum of things that have happened to them, and the core of my practice centers on partnering with clients and helping them build resiliency. Using a holistic, culturally sensitive, strength-based approach, I work with client issues including trauma, adjustment, PTSD, Adult ADHD, anxiety, social phobia, stress, and life transitions. I enjoy collaborating with individuals in identifying and working towards their goals to create lasting change.
My Background
I integrate a variety of techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual, including CBT, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed therapy. Through a collaborative approach, I join my clients on a journey of exploration, skill building, growth, and healing. Prior to counseling, I've worked in a variety of settings with children, college students, women, men, and underserved populations including low-income seniors, formerly homeless individuals, and formerly homeless veterans.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself; a space where your own personal story, life experiences, values, and beliefs are accepted and valued. I am a neurodivergent individual and understand how affirming it can be to work with someone who understands related challenges.
