Life can often feel overwhelming, especially now. If you are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, parenting, low self-esteem, panic, OCD, or intrusive thoughts, therapy can help. If you need extra support through different life transitions or are just feeling overwhelmed, I am here for you. I offer a holistic and systemic perspective for all of the people I work with and will identify how the systems you are a part of impact your current struggles. My goal is to walk beside you during your journey.
My Background and Approach
I use a solution-focused and narrative approach in my work allowing us to collaboratively identify your innate strengths and resources in order to utilize them in the present. Together we will work with your mind, instead of fighting against it. I understand the value of mindfulness and meditation in my own life and strive to bring these concepts into my work with clients. I am passionate about working with clients managing OCD, anxiety, postpartum difficulties, and ADHD. When working with clients with OCD I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure and response prevention to effectively make changes. Together we will identify your needs and find your resources and tools to best support you in being at peace with yourself. The first step is often one of the hardest and you are so strong for deciding to reach out.
