Anand, coined in Eastern Philosophies, embodies human happiness or bliss. Our past experiences can act as barriers to this experience. As a guide, I assist with individuals facing grief and loss, anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, bipoc/immigrant issues, and trauma/attachment concerns.

I employ a multi-framework approach, emphasizing neurobiology, cognitive structuring, and somatic experiencing. My primary focus is on uncovering your Authentic Self through a blended methodology. I am well-versed in evidence-based modalities such as Brainspotting, ACT, ERP, and RO-DBT.

I strive to guide without imposing authority, fostering deep thinking. With a social justice lens and as a person of color, I grasp diverse dynamics. Our aim is to redefine and heal the past's effects through gained perspective, reframing experiences as valuable information.
