Placing an emphasis on mindfulness, self-acceptance, skill building, and body awareness allows us to heal from our present and past heartaches. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are all doing the best we can with what we have learned and been taught throughout our life. We have all survived so far in our life, and now it is time to find peace and bring balance to our lives. We are all innately resourceful and self-healers. If we tap into ourselves, we can live a more present and fulfilled life.
