Throughout your therapeutic journey, I will remind you to remain mindful that there is nothing wrong with you and that there is nothing about you that needs to be “fixed.” Together, I am to understand your motivation, self-awareness, and missed opportunities so we can use them as assets in our work together. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, insomnia, body image, relationship issues, communication, cultural assimilation, or any other forms of stress, my goal is to create an individualized treatment plan that helps you focus on ways to improve different areas of your life.
The majority of us have goals in life, but often fail to consider why those are our goals and how we can achieve them. In order to make meaningful changes in our lives, it is important for us to occasionally step back and understand the why and how of our lives. By doing this we are able to step out of our comfort zone and really understand who we are as a person and who we want to be.
