You want to move forward, but not sure how. It's hard when you're feeling anxious, depressed, or just plain overwhelmed. We live in a world where we're expected to share our thoughts and feelings in 140 characters or less, but that's not enough to truly express ourselves and process our experiences. That's where I can help. Together we can get you moving forward in a way that feels consistent with your values.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, warm, and a little playful. I have completed trainings in CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. That said, the person always comes first and my immediate goal is to make sure you feel heard and understood by me.
