Sonali is focused on working with children and adolescents who are coping with life challenges and transitions. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education and Psychology, Sonali has experience working with a diverse population. She has worked with school-aged children, teens, young adults, refugees, and children with various neurodivergent disabilities such as autism, ADHD, and Down Syndrome.

Sonali is intent on fostering cultural competency, equity, and inclusion for her clients. She integrates person-centered techniques and cognitive-behavioral approaches to nurture the therapeutic relationship and generate positive change and self-awareness. By providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space to process difficult emotions, Sonali empowers and supports her clients on their journey towards discovering their authentic selves. She believes that each individual has the power to harness their strengths and find the path that gives them the most meaning and purpose.
