My therapy approach is collaborative and client centered. I believe the relationship between my client and I is the foundation for all healing. I tend to use humor, because while therapy can be intense, I believe the road to feeling whole again can be fun at times too. I rely on my experience of over 6 years working with teens and young adults to support my clients in having happier, healthier relationships in their life. I am also trained in EMDR, which is a highly researched trauma therapy that can be used to reduce anxiety, phobias and feeling tense.
