I have spent a lot of time in school: 4 years of undergrad, 4 years of grad school, 1 year of internship and 2 years of post-doc. My clinical training has been across a variety of settings including hospitals, residential treatment centers, schools, community mental health centers, colleges and social service agencies. I began a private practice in Maryland in 2005 and now with telehealth/online therapy I am happy to be able to work with people in more than 38 states. Go to PsyPact.org to see if you live in a participating state. I'm also available to meet in person in my Roland Park office.
Life is hard, therapy is hard, but the work is worth it. It is a privilege to help my clients grow through difficult issues and I appreciate the courage, trust and perseverance it takes to be in therapy. I have had many helpers along my journey and I am happy to walk alongside you in your journey.
When I'm not working I love spending time with my two daughters, husband, goldendoodle and horses!
