About My Clients
I help neurodivergent people in early adulthood reflect beyond surface symptoms to connect with how their past relationships affect them today. Underneath the symptoms is your personal history of adversity and adaptation. Pain from the past can be healed through trauma-informed and ND-affirming care, including creative and embodied techniques that connect with your inner resources to build your hope and well-being authentically.
My Background and Approach
As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand it's hard to find the people who "get" you, and I want to create a therapy space that matches your unique needs. The foundations of my work are person-centered connection, respect, and trauma-informed care. Together we can incorporate creative and embodied techniques to help you heal in meaningful ways. We'll tap into your inner resources, and tailor therapy to heal your nervous system and brain for real change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of balanced connection--both between and within people--as healing. I stand by autonomy and consent, and know you are the expert on yourself. I acknowledge the traumatic harm of mental health and other social systems that fail to embody these values, particularly with racialized people, gender minorities including trans and nonbinary people, Autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent people, and many others. I acknowledge that the land I work and live on belongs to the Potano (Timucua) and Seminole people who continue to be harmed by colonialism, and I seek to respect the land and the nations who first lived here.
