I specialize in a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and stress management.
I have experience providing therapy at the inpatient and outpatient levels of care. As a result, my counseling approach is eclectic, including, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), and exposure response prevention (ERP).
