I have been helping people from all walks of life for more than 10 years and look forward to learning about your life experiences. Utilizing interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Problem Solving, Compassion Focused, Narrative and Motivational Therapy, we can work together to develop strategies for you to improve your ability to create the changes in your life that you crave.
