As a professional in the mental health field for over 15 years, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental place to explore your emotions and life stressors. I offer support and guidance as we work together to help you gain self-understanding, confidence and learn skills so you can better manage your emotions, feeling more in control, empowering you to feel better about yourself and navigating your relationships. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my approach with clients. With CBT, you learn coping strategies as well as learn to practice different ways of thinking & reacting that bring relief to negative thoughts and soothe painful emotions and help you feel more capable of handling whatever problems or stressors you may face. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) specializing in helping you learn research-based strategies and skills so you can better manage your anxiety.
