About My Clients
As a therapist specializing in mental health, trauma, PTSD, restorative and sensory-enhanced-yoga, holistic treatment, and chronic illness/pain, I strive to help individuals manage their own unique challenges. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, or something else, I can help navigate these issues with you to help you achieve more peace, calm, and fulfillment.
My Background and Approach
I provide individual, family, adult, child, & group counseling with a focus on mental health, addiction counseling, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, trauma and bariatric surgery consultation/counseling, and pain management. There are two ways to work with me: 1. Individual therapy appointments ($110 per session) 2. Comprehensive Pain Program: Through Override, I work with care teams that consist of myself, a pain physician, a pain-trained physical therapist, and a certified pain management coach. Override’s clinicians work individually with patients and together as a team to deliver a comprehensive care experience for people with chronic pain. Free consultations for the program and discounted monthly packages are available for this program.
