About My Clients
What if you could have a stronger relationship with your partner today? What if you could learn healthier ways to resolve conflict? What if you could improve your communication skills? What if you could talk about your sexual problem and find solutions? I know it's not easy to ask for help and I understand how difficult it is to feel stuck or stressed out all the time. But you don't always have to be strong and do it alone.
My Background and Approach
I help people improve their relationships, manage difficult life transitions, cope with anxiety and depression, and go through grief. I also help people enhance their sexual health whether its healing from a sexual trauma, dealing with a sexual problem or revitalizing sex life. I see problems in the context of your environment and believe that the quality of our relationships directly influences quality of our lives. My goal is to activate the resources you already have, offer a different perspective and provide you with insights and support that will change your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My interest in becoming a therapist began when I started noticing how many people avoid talking about their intimate or relationship problems and how judgmental others can be if they decide to seek advice. It may be that your partner doesn't want to listen to you anymore, your friend is giving you advice that doesn't appeal to you, or your parents shame you for your choices. I believe that most people benefit from therapy when they feel stuck or are going through a difficult time. When you develop a trusting relationship with your therapist, it can become a roadmap to all other relationships in your life. The best thing you can do for yourself is to find courage to seek help.
