As a member of the queer community, I "get" how it feels to be unsupported by your family or even having to cut off contact due to toxic family behavior. In relationships, there's added complexity and trauma history that we all bring to the dynamic. I can help you process and identify tools for coping with past trauma and building up the parts of yourself to be more vulnerable and open with your partner and family.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, and have over 24 years of experience with treating trauma and PTSD. Through my years of clinical specialty and training, we can explore and process the way you do things and how it protects you (the brain keeps us safe).
