My approach is collaborative and integrative, rooted in motivational internship and a holistic view of the person as a whole while drawing on CBT & DBT perspectives. I am committed to creating a nonjudgmental, culturally-sensitive, empathic environment, as well as using levity, to help you cope and make meaning, gain insight into underlying patterns, find solutions, and access your strengths and potential.
