My approach is centered on integrative psychotherapy, narrative therapy and have in depth expertise in perinatal, postpartum and life transitions. I have extensive experience in grief & loss, identity exploration and the power of true connection. Getting to the root of behaviors by attachment theory, generational trauma & decolonized therapeutic modalities
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a mother, a psychotherapist, a yoga educator, and passionate about integrating our bodies and minds. I am a maker, creator, photographer. I break out and dismantle ways of doing and thinking. I am committed to my own work, my processs of growth, transformation and education. My role when I work with clients is as a guide and a companion. I don’t know more about you than you do yourself. I help provide the tools you need to live fully with yourself. I love vulnerability, value authentic connection and storytelling.
